CYRUS was founded in October 2016 by a passionate entrepreneur who owned a Persian restaurant. Over the years, guests repeatedly asked for an authentic Persian drink to complement their dining experience. Inspired by this demand, he set out to create something truly special—blending the best of two worlds.

The result was the world’s first Saffron Beer: a unique fusion of precious Persian saffron and traditional Belgian beer craftsmanship. This innovative creation quickly captured the imagination of customers, paving the way for the development of new products such as Saffron Gin, Saffron Vodka, and the traditional Arak Sagi.
